Leading Where You Stand

At Kaiser Permanente we believe everyone in our organization plays a significant role in the way we deliver care to our patients.  When we say "We Stand for Health" we mean our organization is united in ensuring that each of our employees stand together in helping our employees and patients be healthy.  It doesn't matter what function your job represents, whether you work in our call center , behind the scenes in front of computer screen, selling our HEALTH plan to our members and employer groups, developing programs that span across regions, or delivering the front line care to our patients, each and every employee has an opportunity to lead where they stand.  You don't have to be a medical director or business administrator to inspire greatness and lead others.  Each of us has the ability to be a leader and a voice for our members and organization.  By doing the best we can in whatever we do we can impact the way our members perceive us as a state of the art quality health care provider.  We can each individually contribute to a positive care experience.  We can and should... lead from where we stand.
